Shipping Policy

• Orders $500 and over ship free within the continental United States.
• Orders under $500 are charged a flat rate, shown in your cart before you pay. Most items ship for $25; heavier items may carry a higher rate, which is displayed on the product page and in the cart.
• The shipping charge shown at checkout is the shipping charge. We do not bill additional freight after an order is placed.

• In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day usually ship the next business day.
• Transit is typically 2-6 business days depending on your address.
• Some items ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Those can take longer to leave the warehouse, and we will tell you if that applies to your order.
• We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Outboard motors, boats, and some large or hazardous items (including certain lithium batteries) cannot be shipped by standard parcel carriers. These are not available for online checkout.

We ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Local pickup is available at our shop at 3243 US-68 E, Benton, KY 42025 during business hours. Give us a call to arrange it.

• You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
• Inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 5 business days so we can file a carrier claim.
• If an item turns out to be backordered, we will contact you with an expected date and you may cancel for a full refund.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our hands, but we will help you chase one down.
